Louisiana Allied Jewish Campaign Opens in May

New Orleans campaign for $60,000 and the Louisiana campaign for $100,000 in the national $6,000,000 campaign for the Allied Jewish Campaign will open the last week in May and will close the first week in June it was decided today at a meeting of some 50 local Jewish leaders with Morris Rothenberg, one of the national chairmen of the campaign. Harris Hyman was elected chairman of the local committee and Rabbi Emil W. Leipziger will head the state committee.
