A bill which prohibits boards of education, employment bureaus or individuals in New York State from inquiring into religious affiliations of persons seeking employment in the public schools, has just been introduced in the State Senate by Senator Love. The bill would also prevent hotels and public amusement places in this state from refusing any person its accommodations because of his race, color or creed.
