A change in the British cabinet within the next three weeks by means of which Vernon Hartshorn, Labor M. P. and a member of the Simons Commissions to investigate India, will become Colonial Minister, is expected says the Daily “Herald,” the organ of the British Labor Party. The change will include a division in the duties of the Colonial Minister so as to create a Minister of Dominions.

The “Herald” says that Lord Passfield, now Colonial Minister, will become Minister for the Dominions. The change is expected to be made after the report of the Simons Commission has been made public.
