Three of the four Arabs charged with the murder of Nachman Segal during last August’s attack on the Jews of Hebron, were today sentenced to death, while a fourth was acquitted. One of those sentenced to the death penalty claimed that he was under 18. To ascertain the truth of his assertion, the Court ordered a medical examination and if his claim is justified, the death sentence will be commuted.
