Members of the Histadruth, General Federation of Jewish Labor, have been instructed by the Labor Executive not to participate in any May 1 demonstrations sponsored by groups not authorized by the Histadruth. The instructions have been issued because it is felt that in the present situation demonstrations in areas of mixed population might be turned into disastrous provocative incidents.
