Louis Sherck, a Confederate veteran of the Civil War, died here today at 92. A native of Germany, he was prominently connected with half a dozen major organizations here, including the Touro Infirmary, the Jewish Children’s Home, the Touro Synagogue and the Board of Trade. He was well-known as a produce expert.
