Judge Kalisch’s Will Leaves $116,000 to Charities and Kin

Bequests totaling more than $116,000 to local charitable institutions and relatives, are made in the will of the late Supreme Court Justice Samuel Kalisch, who died in a New York hospital, April 29. The document was filed with Surrogate Whinery yesterday. It was drafted Nov. 5, 1929.

The following charities were benefited: Beth Israel Hospital $1,000; St. Barnabas Hospital $500; St. Michael’s Hospital $500; St. James Hospital $500; Hebrew Benevolent and Orphan Asylum $1,000; Newark Orphan Asylum, $250; Home for the Friendless $250; Home for Crippled Children $250.
