For the first time in nine years Louis Lipsky and Jacob de Haas will both appear on the same platform at a Herzl Memorial meeting which will take place on Wednesday evening, July 16, at the Public Theatre. The meeting is being arranged jointly by the Down Town National Fund office and the Zeire Zion. An elaborate program, in which Cantor Joseph Rosenblatt and the Halevy Choral Society are to participate, is being prepared.
