The British government is ready to submit to arbitration the claims of the French government to the Dead Sea concession in Palestine, but only under certain conditions. This statement was made yesterday in parliament by Foreign Minister Arthur Henderson.

The question of whether or not the World Court at the Hague will arbitrate this question hasn’t as yet been decided, said Mr. Henderson, who in response to a question by a member of parliament refused to state under what conditions Great Britain will arbitrate the question of the Dead Sea concession.
