Grave concern was expressed here today over the safety of Rabbi Moses Eckstein, formerly of this city, and Mr. and Mrs. Tobias Levy, who were in Naples at the time of the earthquake. Mr. Levy and his wife left here last May to visit Rabbi Eckstein, an uncle of Mrs. Levy. Rabbi Eckstein was in the Ostedale International hospital in Naples as a result of injuries suffered during a recent visit to Pompeii.

Mr. and Mrs. Levy had planned to sail from Naples next Saturday. Mr. Levy is a civil engineer and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. A cable to the Hotel Britainque in Naples has been sent by M. Levy, Mr. Levy’s father, making inquiries concerning the safety of his son and daughter-in-law.
