The Czernowitz court today released Colonel Negolescu, notorious anti-Semitic agitator, who was arrested some weeks ago at the height of the anti-Jewish disturbances as one of the ring-leaders in the agitation in Bukowina. He was released until his trial takes place. The release was made with the consent of the public prosecutor.
