Nathan Wise, Painter and Inventor, Dies at Age of 51

Nathan Wise, 51, portrait painter and inventor, is dead here following a sudden heart attack. A native of Lithuania, he came to the United States forty years ago, residing here for the last twelve years.

He was the inventor of the dualite electric light and more recently of an automatic telephone dial system. He was also a trustee of Sinai Temple and the board of the Temple’s school.
