The government corrected its earlier report that all copies of “Aljamea Al Arabia”, which contained the Arab Executive call to strike Saturday, had been confiscated. Instead, the later report states, that all copies of the proclamation calling upon all Arabs to strike which were published by the “Aljamea Al Arabia” press have been sized.

A telegram protesting against the proposed Arab strike on behalf of the Semitic Union Party has been received by the “Palestine Daily Bulletin” from Hamad Al Titi of Nablus.

In connection with the anniversary of the commencement of the riots in August, 1929, “Aljamea Al Arabia” today places the number of Arabs slain during the riots in Jerusalem at 46. A check-up of official lists fails to reveal the source of the paper’s information.
