The planned congress of followers of the anti-Semitic chieftain, Professor Alexander Cuza, at Baltzi tomorrow, has been forbidden by Dr. Alexander Vayda Voevod, minister of the interior following the intervention of the Jewish deputy, Michael Landau. Baltzi has recently been the scene of renewed anti-Semitic agitation and the Jews there feared that if the congress were held serious excesses might occur.
