Tribute was paid today to the late Lucien Wolf, the secretary of the Joint Foreign Committee of the Anglo-Jewish Association and the Board of Jewish Deputies, who died Saturday, at the opening session of the League of Nations Inter-Governmental Refugee Advisory Commission of which Mr. Wolf was the founder. C. Goulkevitch, chairman of the Commission, expressed regret at the death of Mr. Wolf whom he termed a devoted collaborator and loyal friend.

The members of the Commission stood in silence for a moment in memory of Mr. Wolf and then voted to send a telegram of condolence to Mrs. Wolf. The address of M. Goulkevitch was also devoted to praise of the late Dr. Fridtjoff Nansen, former High Commissioner for Refugees.
