National Minorities Bureau’s Congress Opens in Geneva

The annual congress of the Bureau of National Minorities opened here today under the chairmanship of the Bureau’s president, Dr. Josef Wilfan of Italy. In his opening address Dr. Wilfan expressed regret at the absence of Leo Motzkin, Jewish representative from France, who is ill. Among the Jewish delegates present are Deputy M. Nurok of Latvia and Dr. J. Robinson of Lithuania.
