Alfred Mack Named to Common Pleas Bench in Cincinnati

Governor Myers Y. Cooper of Ohio has just appointed Alfred Mack, law partner of Alfred Cohen, president of the B’nai B’rith, to fill the unexpired term of the late Edward M. Hurley, Common Pleas judge, on recommendation of the Hamilton County Republican Committee.

Mr. Mack, who is 68, was active in entertaining B’nai B’rith delegates at the recent international convention here. He will run as the Republican candidate at the November election voters being required to write in his name on the ballot.
