A call to all constituent lodges of the Independent Order B’rith Sholom to arrange protest meetings in their respective communities in connection with the new British policy on Palestine was issued this morning by Judge William M. Lewis, grand master.
The grand lodge is taking the initiative in arranging a city-wide mass meeting here November 2. The conference of all B’rith Sholom lodges in New Jersey will take place Sunday in Newark and a similar conference will be held in New York at the Hotel McAlpin, Sunday evening.
