On his departure for Chicago, where he has been transferred, Dr. Tzbycwsky, who until now was Polish Consul General in Jerusalem, extended his sympathy to the Jewish people.

The departure of Dr. Tzbyscwsky was grievously felt by the entire Jewish community of Palestine, especially those Jews who came from Poland. His unmistakable sympathy and zeal for Jewish interests were shown during the riots of 1929, and on many other occasions.
