A huge mass meeting and demonstration of protest against the British government’s statement on its future policy in Palestine will be held here November 6 so that Havana’s 7,000 Jews may join with the local Zionist organization in its expression of protest.

Rabbi L. J. Victor Epstein, chairman of the emergency committee of the Socieded Union Sionista de Cuba, today said that this date was chosen instead of November 2, the anniversary of the Balfour Declaration, because of the proximity of the Cuban elections.
