Ten thousand Jewish artisans will be affected by a new law adopted today to improve the position of artisans in Russia. The bill enables the children of artisans to have equal educational opportunities with workers, permits the artisans equal treatment in the allotment of dwellings, in the receipt of raw material and in industrial organization.
