The Chicago Philanthropic Club, an organization of Jewish organizations, each year will give $10,000 to the cardiac clinic of the University of Chicago to aid in the treatment of heart diseases, it was announced today.
The women have organized an occupational therapy committee to obtain jobs for persons suffering from heart ailments. Another committee has been formed to teach needlework to women who are afflicted with the disease, to make them self-supporting.
