As the S.S. Belgenland neared New York harbor, Professor Albert Einstein was still working hard with his assistant, Dr. Walter Mayer. With the flood of invitations that have poured in on him from all sorts of organizations asking him to address banquets and be the guest of honor at various events, Dr. Einstein has thus far accepted one luncheon engagement and will meet with two Jewish delegations and will speak over the radio under the auspices of Avukah, the American Student Zionist Federation.

When the Belgenland docks tomorrow morning he will have completed almost nine days on board ship but he is nevertheless well and cheerful. On Friday morning he will rereive a delegation of the Jewish National Fund and of the Zionist Organization of America. At noon he will be a luncheon guest of Adolph S. Ochs, publisher of the New York Times, in the Times’ offices.
