The publication of the allegation made by numbers of Hitlerist speakers lately that the Jews, terror-stricken by the tremendous growth of Hitlerism, were plotting to have some of the leaders of the Hitlerist movement assassinated, has cost the editor of the Hitlerist paper “Eisenhammer”, Roehrig, a fine of 200 Marks, as a result of an action brought against him by Dr. Julius Brodnitz, the President of the Central Union of German Citizens of the Jewish Faith, and Dr. Hollaender, the Director of the Union. He had written in his paper that the Central Union of German Citizens of the Jewish Faith had hired France-tireurs to assassinate the Hitlerist leaders.
