United States Bank Crash: Indictment Against Bernard Marcus Bank President and Six Directors

Indictments have been issued by the grand jury investigating the United States Bank collapse against the President of the Bank, Mr. Bernard Marcus and six other Directors, including Mr. Isidor Kresel, former Assistant Public Prosecutor.

The grand jury investigations into the affairs of the Bank have been conducted under the supervision of Mr. Max D. Stener, the famous Jewish Attorney, who was appointed by the Depositors’ Committee. About 95% of the 450,000 depositors are Jews.
