Hitlerism is making big progress in Austria, the municipal elections which have just taken place in the province of Salzburg resulting in the capture by the Hitlerists of 64 municipalities. German Hitlerist leaders have been assisting the Austrian Hitlerists in their propaganda, addressing meetings and drawing up antisemitic slogans for them.
The Austrian Hitlerist Party is calling a big ten days’ Party Conference here during April, attended by Deputy Goebels, the Hitlerist leader in Berlin, and other prominent German Hitlerists. The Conference, it is stated, is to launch a big antisemitic offensive.
The newspapers of the Left are calling upon the Government not to permit German Hitlerists to enter Austria in order to stir up trouble.
