Mr. Julius Rosenwald, the Jewish multi-millionaire philanthropist; who is one of the leaders of the Joint Distribution Committee, to which he has contributed millions of dollars for its work on behalf of the impoverished Jews in Eastern Europe, is confined to his home in Chicago. His illness is not of a serious nature, however, the members of his family state.
