Professor Samoilovitch Jewish Explorer to Have Complete Charge of All Scientific Work on Zeppelin Po

Professor Samoilovitch, the Jewish Polar explorer, who distinguished himself by his rescue of the ill-fated “Italia” Polar Expedition under General Nobile, and who is Director of the All-Soviet Arctic Institute, is to have complete charge of all the scientific work connected with the projected Zeppelin North Pole Flight, which is due to start from Berlin on June 30th., the “Isvestia” announces to-day. The Zeppelin is taking the Berlin-Leningrad-Archangel route on its way to the North Pole.
