The District Chief of Radom, where anti-Jewish excesses took place on Saturday night, has prohibited the school youth to be out in the streets after 8 o’clock in the evening, and has ordered that the street doors of the houses should be locked by 9 o’clock.
He has assured a delegation of the Jewish Community that order will be maintained at all costs. The streets are being patrolled by police and military.
An investigation has been ordered by the school authorities to establish which of the school pupils took part in the disturbances, and they have been warned that if any further disturbances take place those participating will be expelled from the school.
The leader of the anti-Jewish riots was the son of a baptised Jew named Brandsohn, according to a report received by the “Novo Slowo”, the new Polish-language Jewish daily here.
