The action of the sport organization in the city of Lintz refusing to participate in the annual All-Austrian Champion Swimming Contest because Jewish swimmers were also scheduled to take part in this contest, was condemned today by the Austrian Swimming Association.

At a meeting of the Executive of the Association, it was established that Sep Staudinger, the ex-champion of the all-Austrian Swimming Clubs Association was responsible for the action of the Lintz Sport Club. Staudinger was branded by the Executive for his anti-Semitic tendencies and will have to appear before a special Sport Club Court for his unsportsmanlike attitude.
