Mr. Nelson Ruttenberg, Deputy Police Commissioner for New York, has been unanimously elected to-day as President of the Jewish National Fund in the United States, in succession to Mr. Emanuel Neuman, who was elected at the last Zionist Congress as a member of the Zionist World Executive.
