Dr. Malan and the South African Jews: Jewish Board of Deputies Decides to Leave Further Action to Co

A long discussion took place at the meeting of the South African Jewish Board of Deputies held here to-day with regard to the interview and the correspondence the Board’s Deputation had with the Minister of the Interior, Dr. Malan, with reference to his interview in “Die Burger” (reported in the J.T.A. Bulletin of Dec. 15th.), and finally it was decided to leave further action and decisions with regard to this matter to the forthcoming Congress of the Board, which is due to take place in Bloemfontein on January 3rd. and 4th.
