Acting on a circular issued to all Communist groups in Eastern Galicia by their headquarters in Lemberg, instructing them to break up all Jewish nationalist meetings and manifestations, groups of Communists have been creating disturbances at several Zionist gatherings in the Province. In accordance with this policy, the Conference of the Hashomar Hazair Organisation, which is now meeting in Lemberg, has been attacked. The windows of the meeting hall have been smashed and fighting has occurred in which several on both sides have been injured.
Two days ago a similar attack was made by Communists on the Conference of the Hanoar Haivri.
