Zernbawel, the leader of the Left Poale Zion, has been severely injured in an attack made on him by Jewish Communists in the township of Lowicz. The Jewish Communists broke into a hall where Zerubawel was delivering an address on the subject of “Herzl, Weizmann, Jabotinsky”. Despite his injuries, Zerubawel insisted on continuing his lecture when the Communists were ejected, and order was restored.

Zerubawel is leaving shortly for America where he will stay for about a month.
