A call to German Jewry to stand united and vote on Sunday for President Hindenburg was issued to-day by the Central Union of German Citizens of Jewish Faith.

There is no time now, the statement says, for theoretical differences of opinion, for everyone who is not for Hindenburg in this election is directly assisting Hitler.

A mass meeting of the Federation of Jewish ex-Soldiers in Germany was held here last night at which a resolution was adopted unanimously, urging everyone to vote for Hindenburg.

The Jews had overcome Haman, one speaker said, they had survived the Inquisition in Spain, they had lived through the persecution of the Middle Ages, and they would also live to look back on the Hitlerist peril when it would have long passed into history.
