Deputy Gruenbaum explained to the Conference at the time that he was transferring his home from Warsaw to Paris mainly for family reasons. Although he would have his home in Paris for some time ahead for family reasons, it was stated, he would not live there permanently, and he did not intend to withdraw from his political activity in Poland.
