Changes for the better are expected as a result of the fall of the Jorga Government in the administrative staff of Bessarabia, where the administrative authorities have been engaging in acts of anti-Jewish persecution and terrorism.

It is stated that the Prefects of the Departments of Chotin, Soroca, Orhei, Taghina, and Akerman, in all of which acts of terrorism have occurred, are to be removed. The changes are said to have been decided on under the previous Government, as a result of the investigation carried out by the former Minister for Bessarabia, M. Vladimir Cristi, during his recent tour of inspection through Bessarabia.
