The Revisionist charges against the World Zionist Executive will be heard before the Congress court when the Actions Committee meets here on July 28th, it was announced by the Revisionist headquarters here today.

The witnesses whom the Revisionists propose to call are Heshel Farbstein of Poland, member of the Jewish Agency Executive; Dr. Leo Motzkin of Paris, Robert Stricker of Vienna, and S. E. Soskin.

The Revisionists charge that the Zionist Executive failed to carry out the decision of the Congress to reconstitute the Palestine office according to the composition of the parties, and that this has been done deliberately. As a result the distribution of Palestine immigration certificates is illegal and the Revisionists therefore demand their cancellation. They also demand the appointment of new Palestine offices.
