Morris Sabath, brother of Superior Court Judge Joseph Sabath and Congressman A. J. Sabath died today in an ambulance which was rushing him to the Michael Reese Hospital from his summer home at Round Lake.
Mr. Sabath was confined to bed last week suffering from Hotchkiss disease.
He was fifty-eight years old and a native of Bohemia. His widow, three children and six other brothers survive.
