Professor Victor Levine of the College of Law, Syracuse University, and as the only delegate of that college from Syracuse, sailed for Europe to attend the International Congress of Comparative Law, meeting August 2 to 6, at The Hague, Holland.
Professor Levine will also represent Syracuse at the World Jewish conference later at Geneva, Switzerland.
