The Jewish Community of Budapest has declined participation in the world Jewish conference in Geneva on August 14th and requests its postponement until such a time as Jewish organizations throughout the world have reached a unanimous decision as to the measures to be taken for the protection of the Jews.

The Kehillah in declining participation says further that Hungarian Jewry is able to settle its own problems without intervention from abroad.

The declination of the Budapest Kehillah is published by the official Hungarian news agency.
