The Council of Jewish Communities representing Bohemia, Moravia, Silesia and a number of communities in Slovakia resolved not to participate in the forthcoming Conference at Geneva. Its decision, it is reported, is based chiefly upon the fact that Jewish Orthodoxy the world over will not be represented at the Conference.
