Dr. Forgan, Labor M. P., co-founder of the new Socialist Party with Sir Oswald Mosely, denied that the party shares the anti-Semitic views of Maddocks, in response to an inquiry by the Jewish Telegraphic Agency today.

Dr. Forgan stated that Maddocks is one of a number of unemployed, connected with the party, who were permitted to live in the basement of the party’s offices. Apparently Maddocks has become infected with anti-Semitism, but his views are that of a private individual and are in no wise shared by the party which is not anti-Semitic, Dr. Forgan asserted.
