Bernhard Lacache, president of the League to Combat Anti-Semitism, last night broadcast an address concerning the Jewish position and the growth of anti-Semitism, an address which the French authorities had persisted in refusing to permit on the ground that political speeches are not allowed on the radio.

M. Lacache appealed to civilized people to support the stand of the League to Combat Anti-Semitism.
