Baltimore Meeting Hears of World Jewish Conference

Rabbi Joshua L. Goldberg of Astoria, L. I. rendered an extended report on the sessions of the World Jewish Conference to a meeting of representatives of Jewish organizations in Baltimore.

Rabbi Goldberg was a delegate to the Conference. The meeting was presided over by the Hon. Simon E. Sobeloff, Chairman of the Baltimore Branch of the American Jewish Congress.

Dr. Emil Stein, of Elizabeth, N. J., has been elected president of the Union County Medical Society, the first Jewish physician to be so honored.
