Dr. Edward N. Calisch of Richmond, Va., was selected, as the Jewish representative, to conduct a service and to deliver an address in a national celebration, by the Washington Bi-centennial Committee, of the establishment of religious liberty and freedom of church and state yesterday.

Dr. Calisch used the service leaflets furnished by the Union of American Hebrew Congregations in connection with the services he conducted.
