The provocations of the Segnuranza against Zionist youth organizations in Bessarabia were made the subject of a complaint submitted yesterday to Minister of Interior Michalake by Deputy Weissman in behalf of the Jewish Party.

Deputy Weissman pointed out that it is in the interests of the government to encourage Jewish activities rather than to bar and prosecute them.

The Minister promised to inform the authorities of his sympathy with Zionism and to urge them to permit Zionist activity to continue undisturbed.

The Jewish Parliamentary Club yesterday submitted to the government the complaint of the Jewish victims of the recent Bessarabian floods.

The Jews complain that aid extended is confined to non-Jewish peasants while the Jews are excluded. They point to the fact that timber for shelter which was recently received was distributed exclusively among the non-Jews.
