Twenty Jews Arrested for Alleged Speculation

Twenty Jewish men and women of Berditchev were arrested and face trial for alleged speculation and mishandling of goods in the co-operative, Pishzevik, where they are employed.

The trial will be open to the public and will be conducted in the Yiddish language. The maximum penalty is death.
