The Central Office of the Zionist Organization announces that the Executive intends to convene the Permanent Commission on Organization and Propaganda, appointed by the 17th Congress, to a meeting to be held in Berlin early in December.

Among the problems to be discussed are the following: proposals for the improvement of Zionist work in the principal countries, the co-ordination of Zionist youth movement, and new methods of propaganda. There will also be discussed such problems as the co-operation of Zionist bodies within each country (Territorial Joint Committees, Territorial Unions) and the reform of the Shekel. The agenda further includes the consideration of proposals for the reorganization of the Jewish Agency.
