An important change in the regulations for trading licenses for 1933 which will favorably affect the Jews has been announced by the Minister of Finance.
Special facilities to enable merchants affected by the crisis to obtain licenses at cheaper rates were ordered by the Finance Minister. At the same time he ordered street vendors to be relieved entirely of the necessity of obtaining licenses in special cases.
The Jewish press ascribes great importance to this order.
